I questioned the other day whether Justin “the Clown” Waite was somewhat lax in his personal holdings disclosures with regards to penny share dreadfuls that he was pumping and, perhaps dumping. But that is not the real scandal of Vox Markets where the clown is not only an employee but a director. And who has revealed the real scandal? The clown himself!

When a director of a listed company is interviewed by a fine fellow such as my old friend the Sith Lord Zak Mir or Justin “the clown” Waites there are restrictions on what he can or cannot say. Of course some directors ignore the rules and the Oxymorons at AIM Regulation do nothing. But there will be at least a note of caution in making ludicrous claims. But in recent times there has been more evidence of a get-around.

It looks as if Richard “nobody likes me and I don’t care” Jennings had a narrow escape not merging his Align Research company with Vox Markets as its accounts are now out and they are shockingly bad. But when 50% of the board is comprised of Justin “the Clown” Waite, is it any great surprise?

One clown is Justin Waite from Vox Markets the other is Mr Tumble who entertains folks Joshua’s age on CBeebies. I explain the two big differences betweeen the two Justin the Clowns. I look at a classic feck up by London’s worst Nomad Roland “Fatty” Cornish. poor man, he has a lot on his plate right now. I look at Andalas Energy (ADL) what the broker coverage of Petards (PEG) shows about the cesspit in the City and I cover just wholly unacceptable executive greed at Coro Energy (CORO). I forgot to mention crony capitalist greed at Toople (TOOP), a coke and hookers event for City spivs but you can read about it HERE. I do, however, comment on NMC Health (NMC) and Finablr (FIN).

A kind reader sends me a video Justin Waite, aka the Clown, posted on December 8. I say kind but having had to watch it that is probably the wrong word as it is sheer torture. None the less it is below and I advise scrolling through to 21 minutes 30 seconds where the Clown discusses Bidstack (BIDS) and incriminates him and Vox in the process.
